The Hall Center is KU's primary forum for interdisciplinary discourse and scholarship in the humanities. The Center is a research institute, a community of scholars, and a bridge to academic innovation.

Multidisciplinary research efforts are organized through major research centers on the Lawrence and Medical Center campuses.

The Center promotes dialogue regarding teaching as intellectual inquiry and regimentation of the scholarship of teaching.
