Dear Colleagues:

Attached is the first edition of Diversity Outlook. This monthly two-page E-newsletter is designed to highlight individual faculty, staff, programs, upcoming events and initiatives that are making a difference at KU. This newsletter is being distributed to all faculty and staff at KU and can be accessed at the newly enhanced D&E website: www.diversity.ku.edu

The support and encouragement that has been extended to this office during the fall semester has been so very supportive and I know that together, we can all make a difference.

As always, I seek your continued guidance and suggestions.

Finally, I would like to thank University Relations for designing the logo and template for the Diversity Outlook publication.
