The Provost's Office is seeking information on the level of support across campus for establishing a University/Faculty Club, the kinds of services and amenities that would be expected in such an establishment, and the anticipated level of use. The Club would provide a comfortable environment for current and retired faculty, staff, alumni, and guests to gather for informal exchange and to transact institutional business.

This brief survey, which should require less than five minutes of your time, is available online.

Your participation is voluntary but your feedback is vital to understanding the level of support on campus for establishing this unique venue. Please be assured that you will never be personally associated with your responses. Only group results will be reported.
